Bricks and mortar don't seem to be the wave for the future. Good on them for trying something outside the box.

Your thoughts??
I think Piaggio must reassess dealer relationships in the USA. My closest Moto Guzzi dealer, Elk Grove Powersports, recently dropped Moto Guzzi. This past weekend I attended an event at A&S Powersports in Roseville which no longer carries Vespa. I spoke with the A&S service manager about the possibility of carrying Moto Guzzi. I could tell that wasn't something they'd consider. I got the impression they dropped Vespa because of problems with Piaggio. Internet sales future may someday prevail, until then, I want to see a bike in person and demo ride it.

The reason that there are so few Guzzi dealers in the US and that existing dealers keep dropping Guzzi has nothing to do with the Guzzi dealers in the US. The parent company treats them awful. Near impossible for them to profit from carrying the line. Trying up 350,000 dollars in bike inventory, parts inventory, with no margins on sales to pay for it. I fully understand why dealers drop the line.
