On the E bay bike, I believe that the forks should be painted red.

The red one looks pretty rusted and corroded like it was stored outdoors near to the coast. Usually if it looks that way in the pictures it is usually much worse.
The white one looks much cleaner for a lot less money.

The eBay seller unable to edit the orientation of the pics?  For $10,000 I expect more.
