looking for a Norge Trunk lock assembley and KEY?

Just bought a realty nice new Guzzi Norge trunk. I've been told there is a lock mechanism that will match my ignition key? I'm not concerned if here is another option I don't mind having another key for the trunk. Any ideas ?

You were given the wrong information.  The Guzzi top box requires it's own key.   There is no way to match them.

I was always lead to believe a good locksmith could re-key a lock... for a price.

Might be worth checking into...

The Norge key is too big. The diameter of the lock mechanism area is way to small to re-key. Have to deal with separate keys.

Twisted Throttle has a 'lock Set for 3 Trax' that may work for you: ALK.00.165.16302.  With this lock set you would have one key for your ignition and one key for your side and top cases.

Not true. At least for '07. My Norge had an extra lock set that came with the bike which I installed into the trunk. One key opened everything. I don't know if something changed after a period of time.

John,  that was a nice feature.  it appears that went away with the later models.  When I bought my 2015 from MI Dave Richardson told me matching locks weren't available.
