Was it Mary's Burrito on 191/Brevard Road?

Nope Conosur, in the gas station at the light on 191.

In fact, gas station eating is getting pretty good in NC!  You've got this place and you have the Rel French Café in the Hot Spot gas station in Franklin.

Dang Scott, was hoping youd make it on the LeMans, did you ever try the 18" front wheel??

Was planning to take the LeMans, but still rolling on the 16".  Fellow member Groover is now in charge of the traveling 18" wheel.  Will miss seeing you all.

Yes! 2wheel putting me up for the weekend!
With some extra riding, I'm going to turn this into a 550 mile round trip run on the mighty GRiSO.(That's what?, 9 or 10 tanks of gas? :boozing:)
Hope it's all downhill..

Getting the Stelvio and Gold Wing ready for the weekend.  See you all either at Mills River Campground or at The Greenhouse Moto Cafe at 1pm Saturday.  I’ll be heading to campground tomorrow.  Buddy of mine whose Kawasaki’s fuel pump went out, is borrowing my Gold Wing to come along.  I haven’t been able to talk him into a Guzzi yet.  Safe travels everyone!

I'm settled in at the campground. Sitting in Ingles grocery right now because no signal in the woods.

Nice turnout. Great to meet everyone.   Thank you to Bob for organizing this.  Great roads to ride in the area was a plus.

There were about as many Moto Guzzi bikes in the meeting place as there were outside.

Glad to meet everyone. Motor Greenhouse has been on my radar for some time now. Finally made it.  Greenie Griso and I are spending the night in Hendersonville.  Plan on riding the Skyway back west tomorrow.

I had a great time- Going to the Greenhouse and seeing Jeff is always worth the trip.  Making some new face-to-face friends and seeing their bunch of Guzzis is always great.

But unexpectedly connecting with an old Guzzi friend that I hadn't seen or even talked to iirc for about 20 years was like hitting the lottery.  I had recently called a mutual friend to ask about him & his old race bike that always pushed my buttons, just thinking about possible opportunities I probably couldn't afford anyways.  I had no idea he was on WG and neither of us recognized each other until we spoke.  Great to see you, Dave- Very, very cool!

Thanks very much for organizing the event, Bob.

Hi all,
Nice to meet everyone yesterday at the Greenhouse.  Very interesting and very funky place...tons (literally) of motorcycles hanging on the walls, ceilings, etc.

It was especially nice to meet, chat and attach a face to some of the names on the forum.

Thank you Bob, well done!

Be well,
DougG

Well that was a successful meet and greet!  The thanks really goes to all you riders who took the time out of all of your busy schedules, and committed to the meet and greet to meet other riders and see all the cool bikes at The Greenhouse Moto Café!

So thanks to all the riders that could make it, and to the ones that couldn't we all understand as everybody has commitments.

I was asked about when/where the September one is, and I have decided since the Georgia Rally is at Two Wheels of Suches on the weekend of September 13th we wont have a meet and greet and instead will have the next one in October.  If any of you have a neat lunch/meeting place we could hold the next one at Im all ears, as this is a traveling event so different people can attend.  Just message me your ideas please.

I had a blast and enjoyed meeting everybody!  Hope to see you all at Suches in September.  I wont put up more pictures as others have already.  Ride safe and Thanks everybody!  Bob

I need to give a shout-out to Mike Miller (tazio). My ride back on my Griso got off to a bad start this morning, with a no oil pressure light and the "Triangle of Death" service warning!  Always on a Sunday...right.  The tow (to where??? It was Sunday and we all know how many Guzzi dealers are in the Ashville area!) was going to be so expensive.   I was able to get ahold of Tazio on his cell.  We discussed it over. A bad oil pressure sensor or...if it blew, it blew. I decided to chance riding it.   After a few miles and no loud grinding noise I called Mike again.  He had decided to wait for me in Maggie Valley so we could ride back together.  Now he had at least an hours head start on me, if not more.  Anyway, he was my tail gunner all the way to Tellico Plains.  The Griso and I made it home safe and sound.  Having someone riding along when you may have mechanical issues is reassuring.  So big props to Mike for interrupting his ride home on my account.  I really appreciated it, and that goes double for my wife, who was worried and very happy to hear I was no longer riding alone.  To top it all off, we had a great ride home, hitting both the Blue Ride Parkway and the Skyway.

Really nice meeting everyone, didn't get to chat with everybody, but it was a nice break along my ride route. Also a very nice excuse to stop at the Greenhouse, where I had driven by and peeped thru the windows while they were closed, but never actually made it inside!

Will try to make it down to Suches next month if the stars align!
