72 Eldo Voltage Regulator

Ok,

am resurecting a 72 Eldo and whan I fire it up....it fries the Voltage regulator. I kbow this is a pretty simple system, but....WTF?!

Seen it before, Better check the generator wires. Make sure it's wired correctly. Make sure generator works as it should.

It appears it was a fault ignition switch. MTF
