A nice word on MG Cycle
« on: August 13, 2019, 04:01:13 PM »
In today's internet age - everyone is always quick to condemn vendors when they don't get what they want instantly. Unfortunately, this is the world we live in. I want to break that trend for a moment....

I'm getting ready for my Canada trip, and had a few last minute things I decided to do to prep the Cali.

Well - the boys at MG Cycle have been VERY helpful in getting me the parts I needed. They even have been providing timely tracking so I can rest assured the parts will be here so I can avoid the stress of wondering where they are and focus on getting ready for the trip.

I'm in no way affiliated. They don't really setup commercial accounts (at least they didn't use to) so everyone pays the same from what I can tell.

Their prices are reasonable, and their product knowledge on Moto Guzzis is right on as well.

Yes, there are other places we can buy from. And thank goodness for those people because we need all the support we can get when we ride this wonderful but not so common brand.

But I'm just sayin' - I've grown a new appreciation for the folks at MG Cycle. And if you guys are reading this - THANK YOU.

I concur wholeheartedly with the positive comments above.  Over the years, MG Cycle has given me outstanding, fast service.  Encouragingly, they continue to expand the range of parts they offer.  And if the customer has questions, both guys are fountainheads of Guzzi knowledge.

Rick and Gordon are the best.  I can't ever remember who the cranky one is?  I've spent lots of dough there over the years, and will continue.  Their website is very user friendly, and unlike "others" they show a red/green light for items in/out of stock.

They are one of the few if only parts suppliers willing to take the time to figure out what a customer needs—rather than looking only at a fiche or catalog.

Excellent folks who provide excellent service!

I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with them over the years, great advice and they have even called at times to ask me about my order to check I am asking for the correct parts for my projects and have helped correct me on several occasions.  :thumb:

I first visited MG Cycle when they were in an old gas station. Then they moved next to the airport, you have to see this! The last time they wouldn't even answer the doorbell and cheeseheads bike was outside. In all my years with Guzzi I don't think I've heard of one complaint about them.

Another fan here.  Going back a few years - Gordon even notified me about a seat on E bay that he was out of.  More parts than I can remember are on my Le Mans and are from MG Cycle.
