No, not an issue on that bike.

I believe you'll find this Norge isn't an 09 but rather an earlier model with 2V heads. Good luck

Any Guzzi "1100" or "1200" engine, any body version, having that "Black Strap" over top of the valve covers has  2-Valve cylinder heads.

The Norge pictured here, whatever its titled model year or physical production month and year, has 2-Valve cylinder heads.
