New Moto Guzzi Door Mats Available Now
I've done this on my 2017 V7 iii Racer. Some details in this thread: https://www.guzzitech.com/forums/threads/racer-handle-bar-raisers.18235/ With that LSL handlebar there is no need to change out any cables or electric wiring, it all fits fine. For me, I felt going all the way up to a higher Stone type handlebar set up might be a bit odd with the Racer's more rearset pegs. For me, the LSL handlebar makes for a perfect riding position. Also, on the iii Racer, the rear sets have 3 possible heights (adjustable) ... mine came in the middle position ... I changed that to be in the lower position. Warning, it does take some time to then sort out the shifter and brake level height adjustment as all that feels wrong after changing the peg height. Like 15 minutes to change the peg position and ~1 hour of fiddling with the shifter/brake angles.
