Why is this happening?

Every time I bring up a photo on this forum hosted by imgbb, Kaspersky Internet Security is telling me its a malicious link and KIS is blocking the link to a malicious web page cdn(dot)siteswithcontent(dot)com.
Anyone have any ideas?

I get the same messaging with my Malwarebytes and have been wondering the same....
