New Moto Guzzi Door Mats Available Now
You have to take the tank off in order to get the covers off.
Also where is a good place to tap into a switched circuit to power my fuse block relay?
You don't have to but it sure makes it easier. The tank will likely need to come off to do the other wiring anyway...
It seemed to come off no worries with them on.
Thanks for all the help! I found a thread elsewhere on Wild Guzzi that explains how to remove the tank. I was just Ass summing that the panels had to come off first, but that is incorrect. I am disappointed in the Owners Manual. It says nothing about how to change the oil, or air filters, just take it to an authorized dealer. Are there some good on line sources for things like oil filters, air filters etc? In BMW world we have Max BMW and Bob's BMW to order on line from.
Thanks Cam, I did finally find the V85TT shop manual at AF1 Racing. It was not listed anywhere that I could find it, but I took the part number off your picture of the shop manual and entered that and the manual came up. It was jut over $8. I downloaded it and an electrical wiring diagram.
