I would have to estimate this photo to be around 2004. The 2003 Stone Touring was my first large bike after beginning street riding sometime in ‘03 and this was my first long trip ever, Louisville to Baltimore. I believe this was taken somewhere in the Monongahela National Forest. I think. Could have been Shenandoah but pretty sure it’s the former.

And here I am just a couple months ago thinking by the pond

in City Park New Orleans.

A little something new for your dartboard.
I write for the BMWRA magazine from time to time. Next issue will have one of my product reviews-Aerostitch AD-1 and Darien pants.
They require a picture to accompany any submissions-bad move by them. BTW-pants purchased with my own $$$-nothing was provided to me by anyone other than my own wallet!

I'm 6'2" and I need a taller seat-- it's cramped right now. The seat that's on it came with the bike and is a bit lower than the stock seat, I think. I have put a airhawk on it and added another 1" to that and it's OK but I probably still need another inch or two. I think the tall seat from Harpers might work but I've never sat on one.
