A bachelor coworker of mine refinanced his paid off house and used the $75,000 to go into day trading. In 18 months he amassed 1.3 million dollars, and retired at 42 years old. It can be done, but he was one who also bought Apple at $5 a share when it looked like they were going to disappear. .
There are a couple of reasons why the market for bikes hasn't sagged yet. (And it will.) One: With social distancing, many potential sellers haven't figured out how to safely proceed with showing a bike, taking a cash deposit, etc. Two: It's still a little early. The paycheck to paycheck crowd haven't maxed out their credit yet.
With a lot of work and a lot of smarts, and a willingness to take big risks (like a 40-year-old bachelor with a job is in a position to do), you can certainly make a fortune that way. I've known people who have done it, but it's hard work. Or you can lose all $75,000 and start all over again; we don't often hear those stories, though!I'm just saying that if someone believes, to the level of detail that was posted, that he KNOWS how the world financial markets are going to go, then there are very well known and very specific ways that you can take a small stake and turn it into a fortune using that insight and prediction. To which my response is "Go on, then".But even us bikers, who have lived through generations of different bikes over the years, we don't even seem to know which bikes are going to become high-dollar classics and which ones aren't. I mean, who would have thought that smokey, rattling, buzzing, cheaply made nickel rockets like Kawasaki H1s and H2s would be $10,000 classics today? Not many of us, that's for sure ....Lannis
When you are selling, you have to be prepared to entertain buyers, or don't put your ad out there.
I hate when I have to agree with you.
Well, don't do it again!
, and won't buy the RE without a test ride to see how much vibration is truly in a non-counterbalanced thumper.

Is this bike a hydro, Or was it made just before? I really like the color combo. It would look even more killer with the short ,matte grey front fender from the Aluminum/Titanium. Rick.
