I have some work to do.
The forks bottomed out and locked up. No movement. Didn't hit anything harder than a speed bump and the rolled curb at my driveway. everything was new, weird.
The transkontinental clutch needs adjustment/help. The bike walks forward with the lever pulled in. It also slips when you give it a handful of throttle and then catches. It may also need a shorter clutch arm.

*forks fixed.
Transcontinental clutch does not disengage after the bike is warm. may have to go with something more conventional.

*Longer screw has been placed in the clutch arm for more leverage. Tip from A.G.

One cylinder quit firing. Dyna ignition took a crap. lucky, I had a spare. It's mounted in the electronics box. I wonder if the box Dyna needs to be in the breeze.

Yes, the Dyna box needs to be located somewhere in the air stream to keep it cool.

It's a runner for the most part. 100 miles so far.
I have a few things still need sorting. The mikuni HSR carb return springs are brutal. Delorto 40's have nothing on these beasts.
The billet throttle also has to go. I'm looking at a Domino or pro motion throttle with extra leverage. A racy 1/4 turn is not in the cards I'm afraid.

The handle bars are too wide and exaggerate any input to the 17" wheel and 23 degree rake. I made some adjustments an feedback from the front end is better.
I'm contemplating a set of triple clamps with reduced offset to increase trail.

90% there.

Thanks for paying attention. To be honest, I was relieved that it goes straight and didn't try to wobble or fold under itself. That said, the front end feels vague. Shorter bars may fix that.
The engine is a really happy thing. The big duration came makes for easy starts. Just ordered a new Domino XM2 Throttle from Power-Barn https://power-barn.com/ Mike is a good guy and knows his products.

I’ve been curious about how you would find the handling once it was together.  Custom frames, especially ones with unknown pedigree, are all fine and dandy until they’re actually built & ridden.  Then the pucker factor can really be known.  Glad to hear the frame isn’t a detriment to the overall bike.  It came together really well, not like all of the redundant contemporary customs.

Honestly, It’s just fun to see someone making progress on their special.  My 427 Galaxie project creeps along, but my bike projects are in purgatory lately around life obligations & responsibilities.

I've been wondering about the Corsa Record Replica. Such a cool bike.
