It appears the gaps are In 4 thou / Out 6 thou
Just need to work out how to get the rear wheel off the ground without a centre stand.

You could lean the bike over to the left on the sidestand, with a prop on the right side to hold it there - I have a lift designed for this purpose - the IB Emergency Bike Lift.
Or, you could use a lift under the crankcase & tie the front end down - feels a lot more stable.
Or, a few lengths of 2x4, with a bar across - check out the grisoghetto for photos & instructions on this.
If you've a suspension shop nearby, check with them - they usually have a range of quick and dirty tools & methods - they have to get all sorts of bikes' wheels into the air with a minimum of fuss.
