Information on guzzidiag hookup to 15 m

I thought I’d pass on this information I learned while attempting to hook up my Stone to the Guzzidiag program. We could not get it to connect, we tried everything we knew to try, different com/USB ports checked all the connections several times, turned the computer off and on etc. While fiddling around waiting for my wife to get the thing connected I decided to put the bike in neutral due to having to start it up later in the procedure. Low and behold, it connected immediately after putting in neutral. We tried it a couple more times and confirmed.
Figured I put this out even though I’m probably the only dummy here that wasn’t already familiar with this little well kept secret.

Thanks Bert for the information. No I had no idea why it wouldn’t connect until after I put it in neutral. I just figured maybe I wasn’t the only one who may have had this issue. It was just by luck that i figured it out because I knew that I would eventually have to start it and it would need to be in neutral. Thanks again for the reason 👍
