Exhaust from Nevada to Florida
«

Hello. Does anyone have any experience with exchanging exhausts (ducts and mufflers) from 750 Nevada to V65 Florida? They're dead on my Florida and much more of used are for Nevada. Someone sad it should fit. Thanks

Yes, should swap right on. If it is a carb model.

And what problem can be with IE exhausts? There is a sensor, but when I won´t connect it? Will it works or are there more differences?

If youre switching it from the FI Nevada bike to the Florida carb bike, you can just plug the sensor hole. Hell if the injected bike isn't running, just cut the wires and use the sensor as your plug

I found exhausts from IE Nevada and I want just plug sensor hole (if there won't be any sensor) because my carb Florida doesn't need any sensor. Am I right that it will fit properly on my cylinder head and other fixing points on frame without any huge modifications? Thanks

I would say yes. A member on the forum put 650TT pipes on V7 engine & carb conversion. Ports should be the same.

The hole for the oxygen sensor is in the crossover (aka colostemy bag). This can be blanked with a M18x1.5 plug, stainless is best, put on quite tight, preferably with a crush washer to prevent vibration loosening it. Or use an aftermarket crossover - stainless tube, used to be sold by Agostini, Mistral & others for the V7's & Breva's - easier then to drain the gearbox oil. If you need dimensions, I could get that later today.
If it's your regular ride & you do significant miles on it, I would seriously contemplate having the headers ceramic coated. There are advantages, but it does cost.

And last question... exhausts are the same on 750 Nevada and V7 MK2? Now i found almost new system from V7 MK2 2014. Will these pipes fit on my Florida? On these exhausts isn´t any hole for oxygen sensor so maybe better option than from Nevada? But this V7 bike has two oxygen sensors, so where are these sensors?

The holes for the sensors on the 1TB V7's are on the insides of the header pipes just forward of the crossover. Should you need a photo, that can be arranged.
