New Moto Guzzi Door Mats Available Now
It comes with a "open" title that has been signed by a previous owner.
That shouldn't be a problem for the DMV. They don't care how many people handled the title as long as it's been properly executed. Some states require a notarized signature, most don't. If the title was from a state where notarization is required, and the signature wasn't notarized, and the signer isn't available, that's a problem. Otherwise, you just hand it across the counter, no one's going to ask where it's been .... !Lannis
No problem in MD. Seems like an okay deal, but the guy that bought my V7 Stone has a running, riding, Mille GT for sale for $1500. Gettysburg, PA area.
Its no problem if was titled in a state that does not require the sellers signature to be notarized. If it has a PA title for instance the unnotarized signature is worthless and PA will not release the title to the new buyer.
