wider handlebars on V-7II

Most of the time my V7-II is ridding double .   With the Saddle bags , trunk , and passenger plus my 195 pounds , I'd like to have some 32" bars on it.   Problem is the cables are too short and the wires are too short.   

Has anybody solved this problem yet ?
