No lava flows and he can self isolate the whole island since the State is picking up the tab.  He had bought Lanai which is a smaller island and he owns 98% of it.

He bought the commuter airline that serviced Lanai too.  He has his own private aircraft to fly in and owns the 2 resort hotels operated by Four Seasons.  Nice hotels and expensive.  We could afford it because Mauri gets free rooms as a employee benefit with 50% off for food.  I get the flight benefits discount.
