Feb 26th weekend camping (winter campout) Chester Frost Park on Lake Chickamauga

Does anybody want to join me on a winter tent/guzzi camping trip around end of January or sometime in Feb?  Im thinking about taking the Guzzi camping at the Cooper Creek Recreation area which is kind of in general area of Blairsville and Blue Ridge Ga. or at Parksville Lake Campground in Tennessee?

Anyways, it will be cold of course but a nice challenge to get out a bit in winter.  Let me know your thoughts if you want to join me and we can pick some dates that work.  Hope to hear from you and Happy New Year!

I'm all up for winter riding as I'm about to depart on a day trip to Stillhouse Hollow Falls in Mt Pleasant, TN. As for camping I have decided late last year no more. Lack of comfort and noise levels at public campgrounds is not for me. i will ride and meet up with folks but sill seek out a room of some sort.

About 7 years ago or so, i had some bad cancer.  Stage 4 in my bladder and muscle invasive with some in lymph nodes.  Lost my bladder, gall bladder, prostate, and some lymph nodes in surgery.  Did the chemo for 6 months.  Now I choose to make each and every day....count!  Looking forward to seeing some riders on the 23rd in Collinsville Alabama!  Stay safe.
