NGC Nice Gilera 175 Giubileo Extra
« on: January 23, 2021, 09:06:21 PM »
Nice Gilera 175 Giubileo (Jubilee) Extra , looks to be quite complete and would make a nice light weight roadster. Ebay Italy has a fair amount of new and used parts for these.

Very cool little  Gilera.   There was a similar 1965-ish Gilera on FB MP in Virginia not too long ago for $1500 iirc.  The listing didn't last long.

Just curious.  I know getting a title for a bike with no title has become much easier in some US states in recent years.  What about buying a bike like this from Italy (out of the USA for import) with "no title" and trying to title it in the USA- has anyone done it?  Is the VIN flagged during import process that would be an obstacle to title?   Do you just do a bill of sale once it's here and submit it?  What's the process?

Interesting bike.  Parts might be tougher than the 106 and 124, which were sold over here.

My 106 runs great now that I've worked on it.  But a few more cc's would be appreciated.

I think the seller is the guy who bought my '85 Morini 350 K2.
