The Man Who Survived Two Atomic Bombs
« on: April 02, 2021, 02:29:25 PM »
If you missed this.  This article is from the History Channel.  Officially recognized by the Japanese Government as the only "Twice Bombed" person though there were 165.  He lived to be 93.

There are only 4 rules Tom.   You broke rule #3 with four different post on the first page alone!

Not that rule 3 is really a rule, it’s more encouragement than anything else.  I break number 3 all the time,  I just found it funny how many threads you have started lately that are all over the place.

Don’t worry, I won’t violate the restraining order!

Tom's posts are clearly tagged NGC, and nobody is forcing anybody else to click on them.
Not worth getting too excited about.  WX is good.  Get out and ride.

After all that kerfluffle, I had to read the article, which led me down a garden path of some fascinating articles.

Tks for sharing that link; some amazing reading on that site  :thumb:

I first read about this fellow in a book by Sam Kean called 'The Disappearing Spoon'.  Good book- full of anecdotal stories that are tangential to chemistry and the periodic table.  Kean is a very talented writer.
