NGC Automotive Caulking Help.

I'm looking for some caulking I think? I would prefer something from an auto parts place or even a home improvement store.
There are some seams, where for instance the roof panel meets the side panel. Whatever was originally used is going bad and not really sealing/staying in anymore.
I could use Bondo, but some areas are really hard to get to to sand. So something in a squeeze tube with a pointy tip like bathroom caulk or automotive silicone comes in. Would be really great if I could paint it when dry.
Any thoughts?

I looked up seam sealer at O'Rielly auto. They have a few to chose from, but the Bondo brand looks like what I need, only down side it comes in a caulking gun size tube for $15. I was hoping for a smaller tube, didn't plan to do the whole truck. But then again, it is the cheapest, small tube ones at West Marine and the Rain Forrest cost more, so I guess I just toss the rest. I'm sure the next time I need it, it will be hard.
Thank you!

Seam sealer is in fact what you want. There are a few diferent kinds, but really most will work. Im dealing with a old truck Im rebuilding myself that the roof gutter sealer is all dried and cracking, and allowing water between the roof skin, and pillers. Make sure you clear all the old stuff out, and treat any metal before you seal it. Dont want to trap rust in the seam.

I am dealing with the rain gutters on a '62 F100. For the roof to gutter, I cleaned out the old and used Bondo body filler. I need to do the seam under the gutter above the front window. No easy way to sand in there. Used a wire wheel to clean the rust and all, but needed something to squeeze in there.
I did use Rustoleum primer on the bare metal above the front window. Should I remove that or leave it alone and put the sealer over the paint. I think the Bondo sealer said you can put it over paint. What do you all think?
Thanks again!

If your doing this with the windsheild still in place I would find a brushable rust preventative like POR 15 to cover that area, primer over that and paint to your liking.
My $.02
