Enjoyed the Tail of the Dragon this month! Freshly resurfaced and not too crowded. I was proud to ride it on a Guzzi, one gentleman recognized my bike while I was parking at Deals Gap, gave me "the nod" of approval.

For those that may not be aware, The Dragon is a stretch of road (US129) in the US Smoky Mountains. Over 300 curves in 11 miles. Photographers such as "Killboy" spend the weekends camped out waiting to snap photos of riders and drivers going by. I gladly paid for a few pictures. Check out his website.

Perfect timing. I grew up in Westmont, Ill. I left at 25 in 1973 and never looked back. For some reason, I thought about their family style chicken dinner just a few days ago. I hope it's just as great as it was then.

The bike's not new to this thread, but the photo is. (using Huzo's worthy V85 as a barometer, i've got a green light)

Pertinent Note: Guzzi's name for the color, officially, is Moon White.
