Tonti exhaust compatibility

The exhaust system on my project Cali ii is toast. Before I spring for new, I’d like to explore “pre-owned.” Will any 850/1000 system basically fit? Are there diameter differences at the head? What about 1100 systems. Is there any potential for successful mix and match?

Thank you for that insight. I definitely won’t try to mix and match then. I’m also considering a ceramic coat on the old Bubs. I’ll check out the mgcycle offerings.

I put a set of EV stainless steel header pipes on a friend's Convert and they fit perfect, no modification necessary.
I have a set of Mille GT header pipes and crossover in good condition (for a rider, not a show bike) for sale - same as Cal II.

I jethot a set of new headers and mufflers…it was a thing of beauty…a much harder durable washable finish than a Keracote/Ceracote from a powder coating.
But…
Over years, 4-5, the occasional rust off the front rotors would embed itself on the header. Disappointed but not the jethots’ fault. It was the iron rotors. Stainless rotors wouldn’t have that
Plus one on a jethot w brand new. Antisneese on all the joints, walk away for years
