Latches for Norge side bag

A friend is fixing up an 07 Norge, and both latches on his left side bag (as you sit on the bike) are broken. We've been scouring Craigslist for bags but are striking out. Also don't really know how to find the latches as replacement parts. Any ideas?

For a generic that may look very close. Try McMaster Carr. They have a bunch of different ones.

I believe Huzo had a fix for the latches, nit original latches, additional ones to shore up the original. I bought a set ( can’t recall part # or where I got them from) I didn’t like the way they looked so never installed them, but I’ve kept them just in case the latches finally fail. If Huzo doesn’t chime in soon I’ll dig through my stuff and see if I can provide more info.

For mine, the stock latches worked but the front of the bag would not close, I used something like one of these draw latches to close it up.

Here you can see the latch I installed on the right side bag in the front, I can't find any closeups I may have somewhere.
