For the past couple years, Mike's condition has been deteriorating slowly. Starting with Prostate cancer, has moved into his bones and has been bed ridden for the last year or so. Spirits are good, mental capacity is still good but he tires out fairly quick. He has basically retired, still answers the phone if I can't get to it since the phone goes to the house too. He has spent the last 50 years working with Moto Guzzi motorcycles and people. We're tryin like hell to keep it going. He is 82.

Hello Curtis,                                                                                       10-4-21

That's sad news.  The best of luck to both Mike and you.

Curtis, thanks for the update on Mike. Sorry to hear he's declining. My father is in a similar, losing battle with prostate cancer. Hang in there...

Mike I remember your family at the Guzzi Rallys with your big trailer loaded with Guzzi's. Those were the good times. I thank God for my memories. Take care and thanks to everyone that has answered my inquiry.  Phil

Hey Curtis, It would be nice to see a comment from Mike's infinite amount of stored wisdom. Like, don't take any wooden nickels, or instruction on the Guzzi V twin firing order or how to adjust a clutch cable on a V11 Scura. He's been a great source of wisdom to me over the last 25-30 years!

Thanks for the update Curtis. I will never forget the couple times Mike called me to help with a problem I had posted regarding my Eldorado or V7 sport builds back in 2012 and 2013. Mikes diagnosis and advice made all the difference, rare to have someone reach out to a stranger, one word, kindness!
I hope you are doing OK Mike.
