Every time I listen to this record, I think back to when I discovered it ........ I may have been 5-6 years old, which would have been roughly 1948. It was one of several old 78s in my parents' record collection. By that time, the record was 20 years old. I loved it. Guess I was much more a fan of 1920 - 1930 music instead of the 'big band stuff' of the 1940s.
