1930's movie title

Hi all,
I'm trying to remember the name of an old movie about racing on the Isle of Man. I Think it was called ' George Crumby's great day', or something very similar.

I may be dating myself, but I recall that George Formby sang and played the ukulele.  I believe one of his songs was, "When I'm washing windows". 
No, I didn't look this up. I'm just trying to convince myself my memory is still (somewhat) intact.
