While I can't speak to the situation in Europe, all the model improvements in the world mean nothing until Moto Guzzi decides to do something about their ever-shrinking dealer network in North America.  No one should be more aware of this than Dave, considering that his dealership, Moto International went out of business shortly after he retired.

Couldn't agree more...I think there are more Royal Enfield dealers in the U.S. than there are MG.  That doesn't speak to the caliber, but only to numbers...

Nothing moves fast in production, from paperwork to tooling to production. Add in a pandemic and or an idea that a 100 year anniversary takes precedent etc etc. When the Ducati 1199 was released, it was using 10 year old tech from Ducati.
