Zip tie motorcycle tire change
« on: September 03, 2022, 01:56:03 PM »
Another weapon in the war to self changing a tire.     For tube & tubeless tires.  Wider tires need additional techniques.   :thumb:  I picked up some additional tips on changing out a tire.  I'm no novice at this but the 2" well and working with that was the biggest one for me.

"Use enough lube so that you can get your fingers into the crack."  Paraphrasing.

From the Deep Deep South out in left field.  There are no stupid questions.  There are however stupid people asking questions.  🤣, this includes me.  😉 Hawaii.

I’ve used the zip tie method works well. Also have used duct tape. I think zip ties are easier.
