New Moto Guzzi Door Mats Available Now
I recently purchased a V50 III and decided to renew the brakes, including new master cylinders. The rear one is fairly common, being found on LeMans 1000 1984 to1987 (LeMans IV), LeMans 1000 1988 to 1993 (LeMans V), 1000 S, V50, V50 II, V50 III, V50 Monza, V65C, V65SP, V65TT, Lario, California 1100, Jackal, EV, Stone, Stone Tour, EV Touring, Special Sport, Bassa, Aluminum, Titanium, California III, SP III,California Special, California Vintage, Strada, Mille GT. I mounted the new one and cannot for the life of me figure out how to install the return spring. When I removed the old one, the spring just fell out onto the floor, and I never got a chance to see how it was attached. There is no mention of it in the brakes section of the shop manual. If someone with one of the above listed models could post a picture showing this spring, I would really appreciate it.TIA
Does the M cylinder look like the V65GT?If you zoom in just below the voltage regulator, you can see that it hooks under the lever.
Yes, that's what it looks like, but its the other end of the spring that I can't figure out.
