can't find torque settings for calvin wheel axle
« on: June 11, 2023, 02:20:11 AM »
axle screws straight into the opposite fork with no nut... So its a steel bolt into an aluminum thread. With the old system, very tight was tight enough. I'm reluctant to tighten as far as I used to on this new system. As far as I can tell, MG never specified a torque setting either.

Who's BTDT?

Good & snug, can't come out if you use the pinch bolts on other leg.

thanks for the reassurance, seemed like common sense, but good to know someone out there would have done the same as me
