Convert flywheel to crank bolts
« on: June 27, 2023, 08:19:12 PM »
Hi gents
can someone tell me the length of the bolts holding the flywheel to crankshaft. I want to get some new ones to have on hand before I disassemble it on my week off. It has the upgraded one piece machined steel upgrade fitted. Im thinking M8 x 30mm but want to be sure.
Im going to recentre the flywheel. It has a slight leak and when I put dial indicator on it, flywheel is running out 0.10mm and torque converter is running out 0.16mm. Not sure how I can re-center the torque converter to flywheel because the flywheel machined recess is only minimal clearance, so we will see.
Everything has been resealed/JB welded previously, but didnt check run out on torque converter - you live and learn
