Shifter bushing

I searched for a metal replacement shifter bushing instead of the plastic one but with no luck for the T-3. Found some for the Jackels and Calis but not the T-3. Anyone here know of any suppliers for a metal one?

John, for my Cal 2, I found the exact size metal bushing at Ace Hardware. I needed to cut the proper length, but the ID/OD was (surprisingly) right.

I got mine from Lee Bruns in MN, both for Cal2 and the EV. He's still here, and most likely has a set or make them up. Good Guy too.

If you were in the UK I'd point you to one of the online bearing shops like bearing boys or simply bearings, but I'm sure that there is similar across the Atlantic

I also have a set from Lee Bruns on my EV for 20+ years or so.
Would recommend. Not affiliated with him but would buy him a cold one if we ever met.

I found oil infused bronze bushings for the custom foot controls that I made for my Cal at McMaster Carr. I had to shorten them a bit, the OD was good, I had to bore the inside from .625" out to .633". They're nice and tight with little side play.

+1 with Mr Burns. I had to remove a small amount of inside material with a dowel and sandpaper to get a perfect fit on my 02 Stone.
