Head scratcher...Found these in my pile, can't remember why, what, etc. Looks like squarefin 1100. What did these come from?

Looks like some aluminum spacers for lowering the compression...like these from HMB?

2.06mm thick. They would work to drop compression. I don't know why I would have them.  :shocked:

My 73 eldorado had those installed between the barrell,and base gasket. Oiginal owner said they were popular with the low octane gas in the early 70s to avoid pinging. I still have a set somewhere in my parts stash.

I have a set brand new never installed.
Not sure what they fit but the default is Ambo or Eldo or T3
It would be a stretch but maybe G5 Convert

I sold a set or 2 to a forum member last year or 2. They were thinner than yours and for an Eldo or Ambo for decreasing compression. Old stuff Harpers used to sell, I think that's where they came from.
