New Moto Guzzi Door Mats Available Now
get an electronic one.
I believe the electronic ones also allow you to run LED bulbs without a fast flash effect. YMMV
Im not sure how the two wire relays work with LEDs, it doesn't make sense to me.I would go with a 3 terminal LED flasher they should work with LED or Incandescent bulbs.
This 2-Pin Electronic LED Flasher Relay supports a 0.02-20 amp range and operates on 12 VDC. Eliminates the need for load resistors; turn signals will flash at a normal rate with or without LED bulbs.
I ordered one like this:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MJGC28Bbut from ebay. I had already ordered a new rubber holder thingy that's round so it'll fit. Not that that's important.
Customers find the flasher relay easy to install with a plug-and-play design and works well with incandescent signal bulbs. However, the LED compatibility receives negative feedback, with multiple customers reporting it doesn't work with LED bulbs. Moreover, the quality is poor with internal components falling apart, and customers disagree on the value for money.
I've used at least a dozen of those Amazon flashers with LEDs and haven't any issues. AI isn't always right...
You have to be careful. Some electronic ones don't support the LED signals. I was disappointed to find that to be true when I bought an electronic one from MG Cycle a good while back. They no longer carry it. I think I got the one that I finally used from superbright LEDs.
