^ That's changed quite a lot from my 2018 one! Splashed out on Fox rear shocks by the looks of things.

They are Zooks. Those, along with the upside down forks and shortened aluminum swing arm are the big chassis changes for 25. Fully adjustable Fox's are an option. I likes it.

I had a 2018 Street Twin 900 with the V&H slip-ons with the dB killers removed, cat delete, Booster Plug, and found a 6-piston front caliper that dramatically improved that squeeze at the lever.  My youngest daughter LOVED riding that bike, was the perfect seat height, reach to the bars, not so much power to intimidate a new rider, easy to handle, etc.  I have the Scrambler 400X now for her, which is a hoot to ride around town, but I will admit I really enjoy riding that ST900 as well!

I'm not in the market for a new bike.

But if somebody was to twist my head and put a gun to my arms, I would probably get a Triumph Speed 400.  That little bike really appeals to me.

I loved the Speed 400, but foolishly went to Triumph demo days.  I was having to wring it's neck on the interstate, and although it would do it I felt 80 mph was a bit much for it. It's a wonderful handling bike, though, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a smaller scooter. I rode a Speed 1200 just for grins, and fell in love, but I don't need 105 horsepower. In the real world, the low rpm torque of the S900 is "just right."
Guzzi content: I *have* a small block, and am just not interested in the weight and expense of the V100.
