CST tyres
«

Hello again folks,
Time to think about new tyres for the V85tt.
Perusing the various retailers I found M&P here in the UK selling a pair of CST MA1 (Chen Shing) tyres for £129, yes, that's right £129!
Now there are limited reviews available for them, and lets face it, it does seem too good to be true, but being a thrifty Scotsman I am tempted to give them a try.
Does anyone have any experience of them?. They won't seem such a bargain if I'm sliding along the road in the wet or they only last 1500 miles!
Thanks in advance.

I'm a tight-ass too but couldn't bring myself to go with CST. I have since bought two sets of Mitas (road) tyres.

Aye but at the extreme, >£220 for a pair of Metzelers for my '79 Guzzi V50 is just taking the piss!
£240 M&P for a pair of Tourance (ace tyres) for the V85 TT.
