If it's loose, spin it around until you see the main clamping mechanism. If it's the same clamp as on my Audace (see pic), you can pry it off with a flat blade screwdriver. If it's as loose as you say, you may not even need to do this.

You are not supposed to re-use them, but it may be possible depending on the condition of the clamp.

What you are dealing with is not crimp type Oetiker step-less/pinch clamps. You have "earless" CV boot clamps Do not pry off with a screwdriver or you will ruin them.  Look on YT there are tons of videos showing how to properly remove/install these clamps. A set of hawk bill/CV joint boot pliers make it simple but needle nose pliers work in a pinch and they are reusable.

If you prefer you can get narrow worm drive clamps and replace the stockers.

Pliers are >$17 on Amazon

If you prefer you can get narrow worm drive clamps and replace the stickers.

I had a difficult time finding traditional clamps narrow enough (7mm) and large enough diameter (60mm).

Search "narrow" hose clamps.

Belmetric and other have them.

I really do not like thos Oetiker at clamps at all.
I replaced some of them on my V85 TT with the classic Guzzi clamps (meanwhile hard to get) and with one from KTM
