Just wanted to share the new look of my V7.
Still not sure what to think how do you guys like it ?

Did you paint over the stock black powder coating or remove it? I’d like to polish mine eventually, but I’m talking “Craig Rodsmith polished”

I removed the power coat and used some scotch brit pads and microfiber with stainless steel polish.

I came to this thread fully prepared to hate it.

But I can't. It looks really good on that bike.

I don't want it personally. But it looks great.

Have you considered coating it to stave off corrosion?

sure do like the look of the valve covers on the early V's.   My V iii cover is rather ugly in comparison (IMHO)

Thank you :) no coating I think they are easy to access and I like to spend time polishing whatever I can polish I find it very therapeutic :)
