Minimalist bike finally complete

The minimalist bike has been under construction for the past 30 years. I came up with the concept on the way home from Bike Week Daytona 1996. In 1998 Chris Collins of Wisconsin gave me 25 years of broken T3 parts and a frame with title. The project moved slowly over the past 28 years but was accelerated recently when I discovered a polisher here in Kansas City to do the polishing work I had planned to do myself. Mike Skaggs of Mount Vernon Illinois, who I met at barbers, supplied me with the parts I needed to complete the engine and transmission. The bike has no paint or Chrome and it's totally made with nickel, polished aluminum and stainless steel. The fuel tank is on my back in a military grade fuel bag with hair on cowhide leather holder. I was accepted to the hand built show at the MotoGP at the end of march. If you're there stop by and say hello.

So I plan to take it to Daytona next year but the police there don't have much of a sense of humor. So I decided to add a gas tank to it and call it the Gasser. What do you think? Minimalist or Gasser?

It looks more like art than a motorcycle to be ridden (far) - comfort seems to be none-existent! But congrats on finishing it, and make it functional with the absolute minimum amount of parts
Have you put it on a scale to see how light a lightweight can be?

If you could sew a cushion into the ass of your pants, you wouldn’t need that plate.
None of it will matter if a stone goes into that inlet !
Will you be adding plug leads ?
How about dishing the mounting lug on the front slider ?

If a stone goes in the intake it'll go out the exhaust.
The spark plug leads are on it. They go through the head, take a closer look.
I'll cut the lugs off of the front porch after I proved the single rear brake works well enough.

In my eyes its a Conceptual bike, in a totally good, in-your-face way.
Right there with Hazan Motorworks stuff
Send it to Bikeexif, they will love it there, but youll need a set of professional photos that will do it justice.
