Broke the rear turn signal off on a 2013 V7. What’s the best glue for the black plastic by the nut? Super glue?

Best to use a glue that's specifically for plastics/ABS egs.Qbond and "Loctite Super Glue All Plastics".

Depends what its made of. Likely either ABS or Delrin. If its the latter than nothing works except melting it back together. For ABS a solvent glue is best but good ones are hard to find now that you can’t get methylene chloride anymore. There are some CAs now made for plastics. They may be your only choice now.

We need a picture or something to judge it better. Maybe JB Weld would be good.

You can but try. Don't hold your breath though.
That indicator mounting is commonly used on Italian and some BMW bikes; have had quite a few broken ones before and ended up just replacing them, whee required.
[I struggled to glue a Breva mirror with any lasting effect.]

Thats probably ABS plastic. Its best repaired by plastic welding the piece back on. If you dont have a proper plastic welder, you can get by with a soldering iron. They sell plastic welding "rod" for different plastics. There is a product called fiberflex that can be used when you are not 100% sure what type of plastic it is. It works with almost all plastics.
