Breva 1100 charcoal canister delete question

Hey guys! New Breva 1100 owner here. I've been giving it a once over and noticed the charcoal canister was deleted by the prior owner. I'm not sure the delete is totally correct since all three of the colored lines I highlighted in this pic have their ends plugged. I previously had a Griso 1200 which also had the canister deleted and I remember at least one of the leftover lines was left open to allow the fuel tank to vent.

Looking at the evap diagram in the owner's manual, I see that the red line is for fuel vapor exting the tank. I believe this line should be left open for it to vent to atmoshere, correct?

It looks like the blue line is for fresh air to enter both the tank and charcoal canister. Can this remain capped going into the tank or should it be left open too?

Green line should be for vacuum between the canister and throttle bodies. I believe it should remain capped, right? Furthermore, following that line from where it tees off and connects to the throttle bodies: where the line screws into the throttle bodies is also where I would connect a manometer to sync the TB's right? The service manual says it should be connected there. However, the service manual shows those holes having bolts to close them rather than there being vacuum lines connected. I don't see the evap system mentioned in the service manual so I'm assuming it wasn't fitted in Europe, perhaps? Can I just remove that T line entirely and close the holes with bolts?

The red & blue lines to outside air under bike open. Green line is deleted & run a hose from one side to the other on manifolds, then when you sync throttle bodies all you do is disconnect & plug on sync tool. Get rid of all extra hoses running along upper rail to the tail piece.
