New Moto Guzzi Door Mats Available Now
Do you unbolt the front and back of the tank? That is what I have always done but perhaps just removing the back bolt and the side panels is enough. I will try that the next time I do a service.
I had a little time to kill before church this AM ..

From the start to the last tool wiped off and starting it up was a whole hour and ten minutes.
Curious what your mileage is on your 2025. Since valve adjustments are every 6,000 mi. (10,000 km) and you've already done two and now thinking about the third. Are you approaching 20,000 miles in one year?
Did you really need to tell us that!? (Thought this forum had guidelines on religion and politics) :rolleyes:The above is sufficient for a link and doesn't screw up the thread page - thought you should know that by now.
I didn't realizing I was bitching! Take a long breath and re-read my post I love this bike but always like to learn better ways to get a task acompished. If making it easier inspires more guys to do their own work that is an added bonus. I have around 12K miles after around 1 year of ownership on my 2025 and had the dealer do the first service. I have done the last 2 valve adjustments. I have always maintained my own bikes for the last 50 years. I still have a lot to learn and will always defer and respect anybody that knows more than me. I guess that is why I like forums like this. Ken
As stated 9250 on the 25 v85. But I have three other small blocks under my roofs. I do them between 4500-5500 with oil changes. I did todays at 4500 to prove a point.
I would have skipped church and gone for a ride.. it’s sorta like church but better.
I guess I use the easiest way for valve adjustment..... I ride over to my dealership that's 13 blocks away. I know I'm fortunate to have a dealership so close and that the vast majority of riders don't.
.... Sorry, but that would make me feel like a punk-ass bitch. Not a single one of my bikes ever saw the inside of a dealership again after I brought it home. Everyone is different I guess.
Is it better to be in church thinking about riding or better to be riding thinking about church?
I would say neither. Church isn’t a physical construct. Church is where you are and my church is peacefully communing with nature riding my bikes.
