IMHO, how about starting out by seeing a Board Certified Urologist that has all the credentials that they claim to have and pose your question. 
Asking your question here will probably result in one of our esteemed members directing you to use brake hose, fuel line, Mighty Vac or the like in a fashion that is really undesirable & uncomfortable.  Don't be an amateur Dr. J. Lee Phinger.
On the other hand, what consenting adults do behind closed doors is entirely their business but this is probably the wrong forum for that subject/activity.

The PSA test, if you’ve not had one is a reasonable place to start, however you can read research suggesting the number of false positives is very high, but it’s the where “ modern medicine “ starts. If your PSA is in normal range then you maybe dealing with enlarged” inflamed prostate” so what caused the inflammation, lack of exercise, poor diet, too much life emotional stress, not enough intensity “length of time” or frequency of sex, if you don’t use it you lose it.
I’ve tried Saw Palmetto, Stinging Nettle root, and Lycopene, and Omega 3’s. Not much change in condition. But of those 4 the Omega 3’s with daily exercise are the most important to reduce swelling. Humans should have a 1-1 ratio of Omega 3s and Omega 6’s but in a typical American diet that number is usually found where we have a 20 to one or higher ratio of 6’s vs 3’s, this directly leads to an inflammatory “ pre cancerous state. One of the major reasons for this imbalance is corn oils, carbohydrates, sugars.

There are physical methods for reducing Prostate enlargement like message or looking into a vibrating butt plug but I’ll let you do the research on that.

The first thing to do is find out what’s causing the problem, modifying or changing those areas first then if necessary trying supplementing.

Family history is important when it comes to your prostate. If your dad or grandfather had issues with their prostate, get tested. My PSA numbers started being odd in my 40's and it was only then that my dad mentioned our families poor history with prostate health. They are from a generation that doesn't talk about this kind of thing. Since then my PSA score has risen, but it isn't a definite indicator. I have a biopsy every three years and have had two MRIs as a preventative plan. Also, a positive test for prostate cancer isn't a death sentence, they are many types, some bad, some you will die of old age first. Some indicators can be false, an enlarged prostate can raise your PSA as well as trouble peeing. Slow peeing and sudden need to pee, doesn't mean it is cancer.
Gat a PSA every year, watch the trend, not the number. If it goes up each time, be extra careful and get a good Urologist just for piece of mind. I hope this helps, I am not a doctor but have been on this road for 25 years.
Overall, no magic pill. Eat healthy, exercise, watch your weight.

Both the doctors I have seen for the last 35 years and my urologist would agree with you guys.

PSA is a fascinating topic to discuss.  Riding a bicycle or having sex raises PSA.  So like blood pressure, when should a measurement be considered meaningful?

Side note, both my current doctor and my urologist agree that any blood pressure measurement taken in a doctor's office is meaningless since "We don't have the time to do it properly!"  Both recommend home monitoring of one's blood pressure.

For anyone very concerned with elevated PSA readings, I would recommend reading the book The Great Prostate Hoax by Dr. Richard Ablin.

Short summary, the doctor who discovered PSA knew the medical industry would grab onto PSA readings as a meaningful indicator when he himself advised them not to do so.  The "danger signal" of a PSA reading of 4 is an arbitrary number pulled out of thin air.  Dr. Ablin is so confident that PSA is a meaningless indicator of cancer that even though he has a family history of prostate cancer, he refuses to get his PSA tested.

My doctors and urologist agree with Dr. Ablin.  My urologist says a rapid increase in PSA may or may not be an indicator of a problem, but that the PSA number itself is usually meaningless.  Rate of change in PSA raises eyebrows.

That said FlowRegan, now called Noctiflo, (https://noctiflo.com/) seems to reduce the number of times I get up at night to pee.  Some say it is a blood thinner.  But since I am somewhat of an insomniac, I should not be considered a very good test subject.

Well, after two different cancers (parotid & prostate)and 3 different radiation treatments and six months of ADT, all I know is every case is different. Mine started flaring up just after I turned 55. Family history--Grandfather died 50 years ago from surgical complications of prostate surgery, father--still alive in his late 80s--also with prostate troubles, I had been doing PSA tests every once in awhile past about 45 or so. Started having discomfort, PSA crept up to the magic number of 4 and hovered around there for awhile. This was during an extremely stressful time for me, I am convinced that's what launched my case into overdrive. Many MRIs, two biopsies, PSA was climbing all the while. Up over 10, the 2nd biopsy had shown that the mass had grown and had got nastier cells in it. I was on tamsulosin from the first time I went to the doc and brought up the issue. Saw palmetto didn't do much for me. At that point I had to make a decision on treatment, rads or surgery. Consulted with 2 surgeons and 2 rads, consensus was either treatement would be appropriate and had same long term outlook. BUT--the surgeons both said the likely would not be able to spare nerve bundles, and was a good chance I would need to do follow up radiation anyway. So after HDR brachytherapy and a few weeks of external radiation after that, I am still recovering a year and a half on. Weaning off the t-sulosin, now down to 1x every 3 days. Still no results from other stuff like lycopene, Saw Palmetto, arginine, etc. In fact the saw palmetto irritates it more now. I had a decent diet before all this and exercised regularly, have continued to do so and improve what I eat to more fresh foods, and rarely processed stuff.
I feel better and things work better ifya know what I mean, after a good week of workouts.
As some have said already, if you have a history in the family, do the PSA. It goes without saying that diet and exercise in that order are very helpful for staying healthy and generally feeling better and being able to recover from whatever life throws at ua!

I have dealt with an enlarged prostate for years and take meds for that. After years of being below 1 my last PSA test a few months ago was suddenly 5.6. Biopsy was clear but will be more closely monitored. Since I was adopted I do not know any history on my bio father's side. Old age is so much fun.

 I reckon the “campfire atmosphere” is alive and well on the WGC forum.
I was just put on the Flomax type med but couldn’t deal with the side effects of total blocked sinus effect or the sudden drop in BP. The specialist switched the med to TAM…… something. It’s works somewhat better than nothing but still not wonderful flow.

I have read that riding a bicycle raises your PSA, but I have never heard motorcycle riding mentioned.

It might be a great motorcycle marketing strategy:  "Our motorcycles vibrate at the same frequency as a purring cat!  Many positive health benefits may result!  Lower PSA, blood pressure, cholesterol, circulation, not intended as a treatment or cure.  Consult your physician!"

The doctor I saw from 1987 to 2021 said "If you are a man, and you live long enough, you will die with Prostate cancer!"

He retired before I read the Dr. Ablin book.  Damn shame.  We had some "great campfire discussions" over decades.

He thought PSA should be tested.  Some doctors claim that if you are over 60-70 years old, there is little point in PSA testing since you are close enough to expected end of life, that something else will probably take you out first.

In office, He has a new, state of the art, office. I was under slight sedation, woke up half way thru and added some humor.  No catheter.  I wore a depends for a few days while urgency went back to normal.

To the bicycle (not motor) cycling raises PSA (I cycle a lot !); I think it's mainly that ANY rigorous excercise raises PSA levels. I had to 'not cycle for a week' before having blood test for PSA, to make sure I didn't have exercise driven raised PSA and a false positive.

All said though, I believe doing lots of cycling does 'affect/annoy' prostrate, sitting on a skinny hard seat for at least 2 hours a day average & up to 8 hour sometimes; but that's a different problem to cancer.

Cleanse my Liver - with Milk Thistle or a little shot of "Dose"
Cleanse my Colon - with some gastly drink
Up My T levels with shots or pills
Lower my Cortosol levels with some supplement
Cleanse my body from Parasites with Oregano Oil
Lower Blood Pressure with Beet powder
Clear Brain Fog and gut health with Mushroom Coffee
Take Hallucinogens with Joe Rogan for my PTSD
Support my Prostate with Saw Palmetto
Support my Memory with Ginko Boloba
Take a Pre Mid or Post Biotic for gut health
Let my DR load me up with 15 medications, 9 to treat issues and 6 to counter the side effects from the 9.......
