V7 II Oil seeping from engine case halves

I recently picked up a v7 II stone and noticed that the engine case halves are weeping oil.  Does anyone know the torque values for these fasteners off hand or could point me in the right direction for an engine tear down manual? The workshop manual either doesn't list them of I've not had enough coffee to find them. I'm thinking it might be a good idea to remove them one by one and put a bit of thread locker on them and give them a snug then go back and torque them. Both sides are the same. I put a wrench on them and they feel lightly tightened.

How many miles does your V7 II have? The weeping crankcase has my suspicions slightly aroused considering the V7 II’s notorious crankshaft issue.

I seem to remember a bit of weeping on the Stornello Case early on. Just snugged them up, and has never been much of a problem. I'd clean it up, snug the bolts up and watch. The external RTV on the seam is suspect to me. What's the history and mileage?

Book says just under 17ftlbs on the studs. Bout the same as the early smallblocks. The bead of sealer does not look like a factory bead, specially the glob in the middle. Could it be one that had the crank wear shims issues? Can't remember what year model those are.

The issue was undersized machined crankshafts. And yes it's only on a small rib of 2016 V7II's.

Unless this one had the crankshaft prophylactically replaced it would likely have been too late once otherwise discovered through symptoms. Though I guess anything is possible.

I did get my coffee in me and found an engine manual for the 13-14 v7's that helped answer my question finally but thanks for the link.

It's right at 11400. I loosened and re-tightened using locktite and the factory torque setting as a guide. We'll see if that does it. This bike was pretty neglected IMO but doesn't have any of the clutch issues I've read about with other 2016's. I dropped the pan and there was no glitter so that was encouraging in spite of it being low on oil.

2016's which is what mine is. I was suspect of the sealant too, never seen one like that. Very well could be an engine that the dealer fixed or someone else picked up and had their way with. I got a pretty good deal on it and it runs well so we'll see.
