While we're still full of turkey it's that time of the month again. This Saturday, 5 Dec at 9AM at KJs in Germantown we will have our usual breakfast and discussion get together. The forecast is for a high of 53 degrees and sunny. Let's hope they are right for once.

We got out of bed early this morning with the intention of heading to Germantown, preferably on a MC. However, it is cold (28 degrees F), and too foggy to even consider driving there in a car. Maybe next month,

It was pretty foggy here too. The fog froze on my suit but the roads seemed dry. Three of us had breakfast. Howard, Don, and I.

There were 5 of us in attendance. A Norge and my Cali braved the cold.

We were standing by our bikes after breakfast 'kicking the tires' when these 3 old (older than us) guys stopped to check out the bikes. One made the motion with his hands explaining how the jugs are oriented. Reminded me immediately of the video Fotoguzzi posted several years ago.

When he pronounced Guzzi properly I said, "So you've heard of them?" and his response was, "I used to own an 850T. Where you get them worked on?" Don mentioned Cadre in Cinti.

Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy.

It's that time of the month. Being Mothers Day weekend Maggie and I will be heading to Indiana directly after breakfast.

Maggie and I will be going to Indiana for a funeral right after the breakfast. The lady was 100 years, 1 1/2 months old and the mother to one of my best friends of over 40 years.

I want to get everybody in on my upcoming surgery. At least the weather promises to be nice.

It's that time of the month again. Saturday morning 6 Aug at 9 at KJs.

My surgery has been rescheduled for 5 Aug. Hopefully, by Saturday I will be well on my way to recovery and getting out the door with a new aortic valve and aorta.
