Yes , and we are working on getting the others reposted . What kind of asshat tries to interfere with a fundraiser for a small town ?

We are also working on getting some virtual posters out , whoever is doing this will not defeat us .

You missed some earlier posts . We had Cedar Vale motorcycle day advertised on the Tulsa , Wichita , SE Kansas , and NW Oklahoma CL's , some Richard Cranium keeps flagging them for removal . If we were breaking some actual CL rules the OKC listing would get. nuked also . Hopefully we can just wear this Richard down .

Just got back from a ride to CV to check on the park...Lots of green and looks ready for a rally! Had lunch at the cafe and headed home thru the windfarm and Pawhuska...

Bad news: I may not be able to make it to the rally. I just attempted to do the quick fix of my clutch plates, but they are so stuck to get her that they can and will not come apart. So I have absolutely no clutch, until I take the transmission to the work bench to clean the plates and replace the pushrod seal. I have a good sized shop to work in, and am considering trying to get it done, next weekend, but I have very little experience with this sort of thing, which makes me really hesitant to go into it on my own. We shall see.

Yep, just show up.

One old trick is to plug the little vent on the bottom (between the engine and trans) with tape or rubber, then fill the timing hole with mineral spirits. Let it sit, then drain and try clutch. Sometimes it works....

Thanks guys, I'll keep that in mind. That's what i was attempting yo do, but the plates are totally stuck. Im going to try something tonight to unstick them.

After putting in the mineral spirits, I started it up and actuated the lever several times. Rinse and repeat. That was just from an oil soaked set of plates that a shaved ape had grossly over filled the transmission, though. It makes a fine mess..

Some of you were asking if Lady Gaga will be performing on Sat evening , like she did in 2017 . Unfortunately Miss Germanotta has declined our invitation for this year's event , seems she didn't like sharing the spotlight with Prescott and Georgeanne

So in lieu of Stefani , Paul has volunteered to do 15 minutes of impersonations , mostly of telemarketers and hawkers of cheap stuff on TV

For you first timers , we are quite proud of our closing ceremonies , last year The Turnip was bidding against himself on an auction item until someone mentioned that isn't how it's done

So... come join us , we still have room for a few more . Who knows how many more of these things any of us have left , don't be that person that wakes up on their 85th birthday and wonders why they never attended the gathering of the family in Cedar Vale .

Oh , John Henry is in charge of the complaint dept , and a certain large Texan is the Sgt at Arms , just fair warning
