Hi everyone,
This is Webike Japan.

We’re a Japan-based motorcycle parts retailer, and first and foremost, we’re riders ourselves. We’re here because we genuinely enjoy motorcycles and the communities built around them.

For forum members, we hope to offer some exclusive perks from time to time, such as special coupon codes or group-buy opportunities — only when it makes sense and adds value for you.

If you ever have technical questions about fitment or performance, we’ll do our best to help. Our engineers in Japan can provide insights directly from the source, and we’re happy to share that knowledge when it’s useful.

We’ll also occasionally post new product information, especially when something interesting or relevant becomes available.

We fully respect this forum and its rules. We won’t spam, and we’ll strictly follow all vendor guidelines. If any verification or documentation is needed, we’re more than happy to provide it.

Return to Guzzi after years with BMW and Triumph (still have). Started browsing used on marketplace and CycleTrader and people either wanted too much or too far. Went into Detroit Iron Cycles, an honest old school motorcycle shop with a really great selection of bikes, and saw a leftover 24’ V7 Stone in camo green that fell in love with me and followed me home. Looking forward to reading here for suggestions on making it more personalized to my liking, although it’s pretty damn perfect for its intended purpose as it is. Maybe bar end mirrors but can’t think of much else for now

Hi all,

I just joined WildGuzzi.. looking forward to bike-chatting

I picked up a '83 LeMans 3 a couple of years ago with the idea of restoring it to pristine condition .. or as near as possible. After various sidetracks, I'm finally getting started! .. I imagine I'll probably live mostly in the restorations thread, but posing here to say hi.

I've had Italian bikes in the distant past.. various Jota's and even a Darmah. .currently ride a tiger 1200 .. modern bikes are technically very advanced, but I think we lost something along the way.. I do miss the old days (.. sigh!).. I'm looking forward to taking a shiny restored Le Mans on a big road trip round the New Zealand South Island, where I live.

Hi Folks, new Guzzi owner. Took the plunge on a well-kept (but has sat for a bit) 2007 Norge, with 22k, tires seem to be in good shape, came with an oil pump and oil pressure sensor, and some other bits. There's a few things to sort out, but someone loved this bike and kept it up well until it spent some time relaxing and not being ridden. The good news is it runs well! The minor inconveniences are that the rear brake doesn't seem to work at all, and I bet it needs new fluids pretty much everywhere. I would usually tear a bike down and fix everything all at once, but I am kind of tempted to just clean things up, change the fluids, and fix the rear brake and ride. Everything else seems to be in order. Anyway, I am excited to be here and do a lot of reading. Not my first Italian bike, but definitely a new experience. Have had a good time riding through the neighborhood while trying to push some new, clean gas through the system and some injector cleaner snake-oil. Anyway, looking forward to learning from the forum. Lots to read! Cheers.

Good on you. That's a nice bike. Just flush the brake system a couple of times. If it has the hydraulic clutch do it every year. Hose for it is under the seat if I remember right. EBC-HH work well for pads.
Did th original oil pump get changed out? Many red 07 had major failures.

Mark Talley, age 71, retired CPA/CFE, first rode a motorcycle in 1968 and never stopped, road raced as an amateur for a few years in college - raced an RD400 at Daytona once during speed week, tore up the mountains in N GA, AL, and NC for about 15 years, ex long distance solo sailor, ex climber, ex paramedic, ex a lot of things, but I still love riding and usually do at least one long trip a year. I live on a small farm in rural Wisconsin, so plenty of rural winding roads in my area. We used to have sheep and horses now lease the land as pasture.

On Moto Guzzis specifically, I had a Griso 8V a couple of years ago and loved the way it ran but it didn't fit me and I eventually sold it. I got the urge for another MG and on a spur of the moment, took Greyhound to SC and bought an '80 California Vintage, and rode it home. Other than the two hour seat, it's just riiiiiight. The Greyhound ride was quite an adventure as well.

Sadly, it did not come with records, so I do not know much about it. The guy I purchased it from was a really nice fellow, but he didn't know much either. He said the guy he bought it from was a "big guzzi guy on one of the boards" but he didn't know much about maintenance. He had properly spec'd Amsol and zinc additive and there are subtle hints around the bike. The oil dipstick has the aftermarket kit with the rubber stopper and I can tell it hasn't been wrenched on by any dumbarses, they used proper tools, and it is in cosmetically brilliant shape. Still, right now I am playing forensic motorcycle detective to find problems or issues, the good news is other than that brake, it seems pretty solid. Just about to order some proper oil and gear lube for the shaft. The trans shifts great, but I am going to wait until I am ready to do all the "under the plastic" work before I do that - this fairing looks, uh, interesting to remove...

Got here because the recently purchased Guzzi was leaking oil from the oil filter. Searched the site for which oil filter socket to order.

Was in a bad motorcycle accident years ago, after being out of the game for years I started with a kymco spade for 3 years then a Kawasaki eliminator and I just traded that in on a used v85tt. Loving the comfort and shaft drive. No more chain maint! I don't see why more manufacturers dont offer shaft drive. Only negative so far is the weight difference from my kawasaki but slowly adjusting and getting better every ride.

Own and ride 5 motorcycles. I plan to buy a V85 TT Travel if I don't read too many complaints. I need to sell my Multistrada to make room. Rode 240,000 miles on a Concours 14 and downsized to a Yamaha Tracer 9 GT a couple years ago. I love the Tracer except for the chain drive hassles. Want a lighter bike with shaft drive!

Hello all! Donald here, 56 and retired but spent a good bit of time as a software engineer in various roles. Rode a 01 V11 Sport for several years but made the ill decision to sell her and make the move to HD for a time, then Ducati, Triumph.... Came across a 16 v7 II Stone with 11k on it for sale down the road from me and picked it up for a steal. The gent I bought her from is a good fellow but she is certainly in need of some TLC which I have begun getting sorted out.
Other bike in the garage is an 82 Triumph Bonneville Royal I inherited from my dad. It's a beauty but the vibration really wrecks my hands due to arthritis so riding is limited on her.
Any rate, glad to be here and very pleased to be back on a Guzzi. The ride I took when I looked this one over had me grinning I'll admit. My wife said I gave her "the look" when I rode past. HA!

I have in the past owned V50 Monza, 850 Le Mans, V10 Centauro, 1000 Daytona RS, 1000 Quota, 650 NTX. This is after a string of Ducati`s, Moto Morini`s and I started on Montesa`s. Throw in a few KTM`s in there somewhere.
Latley Im into Aprilia`s. On number 7 now with one more to come. An 850 Mana. I`m keen for the automatic side of it around town now that I`m semi retired.

Interestes ? Bikes, almost anything but crusers. Just cant do them.
Visited the Guzzi factory, Ducati factory and was lucky to spend almost a day at the Aprilia factory just when the v4 was being produced.That was awesome !

If your wife needs to get up occasionally I would rather be pillion on a Breva. Would be way more comfortable (my own experience)
